Sales Presentations
Bid-Winners utilizes a Sales-Coaching approach on every project it manages.
Bidders who are short-listed during a tender competition are often invited to present a formal boardroom presentation to support their proposal. This serves two purposes for the buyer:
- Buyers get to meet the people they might be doing business with.
- Buyers get to judge the bidders understanding of their needs and demonstrate their ability to deliver as quoted.
When the Bid-Winners team assists in the preparation of the proposal they develop an inside knowledge of what the formal sales-presentation should contain.
Bid-Winners' team members work with the client to develop an "end-state vision" of how the formal presentation should unfold. Then the team designs, scripts, and creates the PowerPoint presentation, working with the client to coach and practice delivery of the finished presentation.
Bid-Winners often assists in delivering the presentation acting as an advisor or the lead presenter.
